About Our Team
Andrew Bell Director/Principal Physiotherapist
Andrew graduated from Sydney University in 2007. Early in his career Andrew gained great experience and exposure to many conditions via working within both the private practice and hospital sectors. This broad exposure has enabled Andrew to become a holistic physiotherapist with excellent knowledge of the human body and the many diverse conditions a patient may present with.
His major achievements in physiotherapy include founding Sydney Mobile Physio in 2012, expanding in 2014 to establishing a clinic in Quakers Hill, building a team of caring and professional people who’s sole purpose is to help others and achieving the ultimate dream of purchasing and building his dream physiotherapy clinic in Rouse Hill in 2024.
Andrew’s vast experience has enabled him to enjoy treating a variety of conditions from sports injuries; spinal pain; geriatric falls prevention, strength and balance programs; headaches and migraines; disability care; musculoskeletal injuries; vertigo associated with BPPV; pre and post-operative rehabilitation; neurological and respiratory conditions.
Andrew has been the treating physiotherapist for; Patrician Brothers’ College Blacktown NRL Schoolboy Cup, Wentworthville A Grade Rugby League, Blacktown City Netball Representative Teams and Saturday Competition and the World-Wide Acrobatic Circus Performers from Empire by Spiegelworld whilst performing in Sydney.
Andrew has completed further formal studies in the following areas;
- Sports Physiotherapy
- Headaches and Migraines
- Assessment, Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine, Shoulder, Pelvis, Hip, Knee, Ankle and Foot
- Pilates
- Dry Needling using acupuncture needles
- Casting and Splinting
Andrew holds the strong opinion that although as health professionals we have the desire to know everything pertaining to the human body, its marvel will ensure we will forever continue to discover new things. It is this desire for new knowledge and the comfort felt from helping those in need that drives Andrew to be the caring and professional physiotherapist he is today.
Outside of physiotherapy Andrew is a very happily married man and Father to three children. He plays touch football and loves the Parramatta Eels, whichever team LeBron James plays for in the NBA and horse racing.
Felicity Bell
Felicity founded Sydney Mobile Physio with Andrew back in 2012. Whilst in the earlier years of the company her role was behind the scenes as she focussed on raising children, every business decision made had her imprint on it.
In more recent years we have been fortunate to have Felicity a familiar face around the clinic.
Felicity is also a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Specialist on a surgical ward at Westmead Private Hospital where she continues to work part time.
Felicity is a happily married lady with three beautiful children and continues to play netball.
Jason
Jason graduated from the University of Sydney in 2018 and has been working with us ever since to promote our goal of being professional, caring, and motivating. Jason has completed further study in sports physiotherapy and taping. He has developed his skills through both private practice and hospital experiences, as well as providing first aid and injury assessment onsite at netball and soccer grounds. He worked with Blacktown City Netball Representative Teams and Saturday Competition from 2018 until 2023.
Jason has continued to gain experience over the years to treat a vast range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, headaches, BPPV, sports and workplace injuries, spinal pain, geriatric care and falls prevention, pre- and post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, as well as neurological and respiratory conditions. Jason is a strong believer in not only treating the injury that a patient presents with, but also in addressing why it may have occurred so that the chance of re-injury may be reduced.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Jason’s interests include playing sport with his friends and anything related to Lord of the Rings. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing boardgames, and even does some writing when he gets the chance.
Jason is a great physio who is always so caring and empathetic with his patients.
